Out of the two children with COVID-19 in the reanimation unit of Muratsan University Hospital, one child has already been transferred to the unit for inpatient treatment. This is what Rector of Yerevan State Medical University Armen Muradyan wrote on his Facebook page, adding the following:

“The specialists of the university hospital were more persistent and defeated the insidious disease, meaning the struggle continues.

Currently, there are 16 children with COVID-19 undergoing treatment at Muratsan University Hospital. Out of the little ones, 1 child is in critical condition in the reanimation unit, 7 children are in severe condition (oxygen dependent), and 8 children are in stable condition. There are 18 mothers who have also tested positive for COVID-19.”
