Today the National Security Service of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) received reports according to which at around 3 p.m. the Azerbaijanis fired gunshots at civilians working on water pipelines at an intersection near the city of Shushi.

The National Security Service reports that four civilians were transferred to the hospital in Stepanakert, adding that one civilian died, and the other three civilians are receiving medical aid.

The National Security Service, the police and investigators are currently carrying out operational intelligence and criminal procedure actions to clarify the circumstances behind the incident.
