In an interview with Public Television, the secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, said that a political decision is needed if an agreement is reached with Azerbaijan on the logic of unblocking regional roads.

"There is a need to decide which roads we will use, or which entrances we use for unblocking. These issues are being discussed now. We hope that we will be able to move forward as soon as possible," he said.
