The gunshots being fired can be heard in Goris. This is what Deputy Mayor of the Armenian city of Goris Karen Kocharyan said during a conversation with Armenian News-NEWS.am.
“The gunshots are being fired in the left section of Ishkhanasar, towards Sisian. I can’t report details yet since I’m also trying to find out what is going on,” he stated.
Earlier, the Ministry of Defense of Armenia had reported that the situation in the eastern direction of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border is tense. The adversary is using artillery, armored vehicles and firearms of various calibers. The Armenian side is taking adequate actions.
