The Secretariat of the Collective Security Treaty Organization hasn’t received applications for Armenia for assistance with regard to escalation of the situation on the border with Azerbaijan, CSTO Spokesperson Vladimir Zaynetdinov told RIA Novosti.
“The CSTO is closely following the situation. The Secretariat hasn’t officially received an application from the Armenian side. We believe the conflict must only be resolved peacefully, politically and diplomatically,” he said.
