The trilateral agreements enshrined in the November 9, 2020 statement between Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Russia enabled to put an end to the bloodshed in Nagorno-Karabakh [(Artsakh)]. This was stated by CSTO Secretary General Stanislav Zas in his welcoming remarks to the participants of the ninth meeting of the secretaries of the security councils of the CIS countries, TASS reports.

"However, despite the steps being taken, there is still tension on the line of contact between the Armenian and Azerbaijani sides," the CSTO chief added.
