Did you know that since 2005 through our book exchange program between Armenian libraries and The Library of Congress the American Center of the Embassy in Yerevan sent more than 5000 Armenian library items to enrich the Library’s Armenian research collection? This is what the U.S. Embassy in Yerevan posted on its Facebook page, adding the following:

“And in return, major Armenian libraries, including the National Library of Armenia, RA National Academy of Sciences Fundamental Library and Yerevan State University Library received books from the Library of Congress.”
