For thirty years, there have been talks about the fact that Azerbaijan and Turkey are leading a policy of blockade against Armenia. Now, can you imagine Armenia telling Turkey and Azerbaijan that it won’t open roads, if there is a situation where Turkey and Azerbaijan lift the blockade? This would be absurd. This is what Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashiyan stated during today’s online press conference.

“However, Azerbaijan is developing the logic of corridor, but there is no such thing. People in Armenia say they [the government] are giving a corridor or Syunik Province. If the government of Armenia gave a corridor or province, there wouldn’t be shootings. There would be no point. There wouldn’t be aggression against Armenia from all sides. We’re trying to protect Armenia’s interest in all ways. This is why Armenia is receiving blows, and it might receive more blows,” he said.
