Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia, Head of the Armenia-Argentina Parliamentary Friendship Group Ishkhan Saghatelyan today met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Argentina to Armenia Mariano Vergara.

The interlocutors touched upon the post-war situation in Armenia. Ishkhan Saghatelyan presented Azerbaijan’s encroachments and aggression against the sovereign territory of Armenia and attached importance to the support of friendly and partnering countries in this regard. In this context, the Ambassador stated that Argentina, as a friendly country of Armenia, always stands with the Armenian people.
