An international conference, entitled "Historical experience of Spitak earthquake, modern technologies of seismic protection," is being held Monday in Yerevan.

It is held within the framework of cooperation between the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia and the Ministry of Civil Defence, Emergencies and Disaster Relief  of Russia.

Also, a delegation from the aforesaid Russian ministry has arrived in Armenia.
