As every year on December 7, a wreath was laid on behalf of second President Robert Kocharyan in Gyumri Tuesday morning in memory of the victims of the devastating 1988 earthquake. Armenian News-NEWS.am has learned about this from the Facebook page of ex-President Kocharyan.
