President of Civil Consciousness NGO Narek Samsonyan was released a little while ago. This is what Samsonyan’s advocate Ruben Melikyan told reporters today.

Samsonyan was apprehended in his yard while he was voluntarily going to the investigative division of a Yerevan district. Melikyan reported that an investigator had called Samsonyan on the phone telling him to show up at the investigative division at 12 p.m., but hadn’t waited for Samsonyan to go, and it was decided to apprehend him.
