YEREVAN. – Zhoghovurd newspaper of Armenia writes: The Ministry of Health has not yet summed up how many people actually have died [in Armenia] from the coronavirus. The [health] minister’s press secretary, Hripsime Khachatryan, said this in a conversation with Zhoghovurd daily.

"We will present it only after the New Year; at this moment we are still summing up," she said.

Let us note that it was back on December 2 that Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had given the [health] minister instruction regarding the conclusion in connection with the death figures’ statistics (…).

Let us recall that after the completion of the internal investigation, on the instruction of the prime minister, the issue will be examined at the Prosecutor General's Office as well.

Perhaps only they will know what the working group pointed out by [health minister Anahit] Avanesyan is busy with. It is clear that the result of its work done is not visible to anyone for months already.
