The EU Delegation to Kazakhstan has declared its readiness to help resolve the crisis following the suppression of the unrest, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell tweeted.
“External military assistance brings back memories of situations to be avoided. EU is ready to support in addressing this crisis,” the message says.
