While the Iranian authorities want to see the sanctions lifted, they are no longer concerned about oil sales, said President Ebrahim Raisi, Mehr reported.

While seeking to lift sanctions is high on the agenda, in the 13th government, the efforts to neutralize the sanctions were not negotiated, so today, under sanctions, as in the past, our oil sales have grown so much that we can no longer nothing to worry about, Ebrahim Raisi tweeted Friday.

He added that oil revenues are being returned to the country.

The tweet came a day after Raisi claimed that oil exports had increased by 40% under his administration.
