Armenian President Armen Sarkissian, who is on a working visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), met Tuesday with the UAE Minister of Climate Change and Environment, Mariam Almheiri.

First, Minister Almheiri thanked President Sarkissian for participating in the forums on sustainable development and climate change, and which are being held within the framework of Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week.

Subsequently, they discussed the avenues for the expansion of Armenian-Emirati cooperation and the implementation of joint mutually beneficial projects in a number of domains ensuring sustainable development.
