Hayk Chobanyan, former governor of Tavush Province and ex-Minister of High-Tech Industry, has been appointed executive director of the Union of Advanced Technology Enterprises (UATE) of Armenia.

And Chobanyan on Tuesday will give a joint press conference with Alexander Yesayan, Chairman of the UATE Board, and Raffi Kassarjian, now former Executive Director UATE, during which the decision of the UATE Board to appoint Hayk Chobanyan the new Executive Director of UATE will be presented.
