The European Court of Human Rights has announced the decision to deprive 40 deputies of their immunity in Turkey in 2016 and to file lawsuits.

According to the Turkish T24 website, the decision of the ECHR states that depriving 40 deputies of their immunity was illegal and illegal.

The state must pay 5,000 euros in compensation to the given deputies.
