Residents of the Martakert region of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) have blocked the convoy of Azerbaijani military equipment heading to the Karvachar (Kelbajar) region, according to Pastinfo.
The mediation of the Russian peacekeepers did not yield any results.
The footage of this incident has been disseminated on the internet.
It is noted that a part of this Azerbaijani military equipment had to return to the starting point.
