A car exploded today in the car park near the DPR Government House, the DPR representation to the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination informed, the Donetsk News Agency reported. 

"Around 7:00 pm, a car was blown up in the car park near the Government House building. The entire city heard the blast. The Emergencies Ministry has rushed to the scene of the explosion. We ask you to stay calm, be watchful and avoid moving around the city," the JCCC said.

The car blown up in the center of the capital belongs to Denis Sinenkov, head of the DNR People's Militia Department. According to preliminary reports, the car owner himself was not injured.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed the acting head of the Emergencies Ministry, Aleksandr Chupriyan, to urgently fly to Rostov to organize the reception of refugees from Donbas, Presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
