Russian and Azerbaijani Presidents Vladimir Putin and Ilham Aliyev have signed a Declaration on allied cooperation between Russia and Azerbaijan.
After the signing, the heads of Russia and Azerbaijan will make statements to the media.
According to TASS, the talks between the presidents of Russia and Azerbaijan preceding the signing lasted about four hours.
