Russia declares a temporary ceasefire as of 10am Monday, and it will open humanitarian corridors—and at the request of French President Emmanuel Macron to Russian President Vladimir Putin, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense.

Russia has informed the relevant organizations of the UN, OSCE, ICRC, and some other international organizations about these humanitarian corridors in Ukraine, TASS reported.

The Russian Armed Forces will oversee—via drones—this evacuation through the humanitarian corridors, and the attempts of the Ukrainian side to prevent the departure of the people are meaningless, added the Russian Ministry of Defense.
