Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the application of special economic measures in the sphere of foreign economic activity, TASS reported.
The Russian head of state instructed to determine the list of countries to which the import of certain products and raw materials will be prohibited within two days.
He also ordered to ban exports and imports of raw materials and products to Russia by 31 December according to the lists, determined by the Cabinet of Ministers. “The ban will not apply to products and raw materials transported by citizens for their personal needs,” the decree said.
