Various state agencies in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) are doing their job to resolve the issues arising from the situation. This was announced by Artsakh Minister of State Artak Beglaryan.

Beglaryan noted that he had visited Khramort village, keeps in touch with the heads of the regional administrations and the respective ministers, and gives relevant instructions.

"First, after organizing the evacuation of the residents (about 200 children, women, and the elderly) of Khramort and Parukh [villages], I have instructed the Ministry of Social Development and Migration to quickly assess the needs of the evacuated families and provide basic assistance [to them]. (…).

"In cooperation with the [Artsakh] government, the International Committee of the Red Cross also provides assistance (…)," Beglaryan informed.

The Artsakh official added that a number of works have been done and are being done in some other matters as well, including in terms of assisting the defense of the Homeland.
