Armenia proposes concrete and logical solutions in terms of [border] demarcation and delimitation, opening of regional communications, excluding military escalation in Nagorno-Karabakh [(Artsakh)]; and there are no grounds or justification to accuse us of denial or non-compliance of arrangements. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this at Thursday’s Cabinet meeting of the government of Armenia.

"I once again express the readiness of the Republic of Armenia to sign a peace agreement with Azerbaijan. Armenia is ready for the immediate start of peace talks.

The meeting of EU Council President Charles Michel, president of Azerbaijan [Ilham Aliyev], and myself is scheduled for April 6 in Brussels. And I hope that during that meeting we will discuss and agree with the president of Azerbaijan on all issues related to the start of peace talks," Pashinyan said.
