The Turkish foreign minister spoke on TV about regional issues, including the normalization of relations with Armenia.

According to Haber7, Mevlut Cavusoglu said that Turkey will not take any steps on crucial issues in the negotiations with Armenia without the consent of Azerbaijan.

"Azerbaijan has proposed a comprehensive peace agreement to Armenia, which Armenia must accept. There are political contacts with Armenia, the first meeting was positive. I wanted the meeting to be tripartite, with the participation of Azerbaijan, but it did not work out in [the recent] Antalya [Diplomacy Forum]. I do not see a problem on the Azerbaijani side. Armenia is the reason for the delay. We will continue to fulfill the obligation taken on us," said Cavusoglu.
