The Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) conflict is not resolved. Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, stated about this on Public TV, answering the program host's question as to whether the Karabakh conflict is resolved and how this issue is worded in the statement adopted as a result of the recent meeting in Moscow between Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan and Russian President Vladimir Putin, and to the remark that Azerbaijan says the Karabakh conflict is resolved, whereas Armenia says it is not resolved.

"Naturally, the Nagorno-Karabakh problem is not solved; it has been recorded by virtually all the members of the international community. It is also about that document. Naturally, the issue is not resolved, the issue needs to be resolved, and we believe it is possible to resolve the issue with the active participation of the international community," Grigoryan said.

Asked by the program host as to whether the aforesaid document states that the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict has not been resolved, the secretary of the Security Council of Armenia responded: "If you mean word for word, naturally no such thing is written in the document. But there is a note about Nagorno-Karabakh, which also means a reference to the issue. There is also a reference to the statements of November 9, 2020, January 11, 2021, as well as November 26, 2021, where a provision on the Karabakh issue is clearly noted. And I believe that the reference is in a better context, and the issue is not resolved."
