European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen has proposed new macro-financial assistance to Ukraine of up to 9 billion euros, CNN reported.
“We will continue to be by Ukraine’s side – throughout this war and when they start rebuilding,” said von der Leyen.
“Reconstruction should combine investment with reforms. In time it will help Ukraine on its European path,” said the President.
