Azerbaijan has not yet provided legal grounds for enclaves, said Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan.

The Armenian side has legal grounds for the enclaves in the territory of Azerbaijan.

“Armenia's position on this part is the same, we expect Azerbaijan to present the legal basis on the issue of the enclaves indicated by it,” the Security Council Secretary said.
