Some ISPs in Russia received notifications from Google about shutting down servers that speed up the loading of search engine services, RBC writes, citing sources in the telecommunications market.

Google has notified several Russian providers that they are terminating contracts for servicing Google Global Cache servers, which are used to speed up the loading of Google services, including YouTube content, the material says.
