The United States is ready to continue to support democratic reforms in Armenia and the process of settling the Karabakh conflict, US Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Armenia Lynn Tracy said during the meeting with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

During the meeting, Pashinyan mentioned the intensification of the Armenian-American cooperation, strategic dialogue, and also highlighted the importance of the clear position of the US, as a co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, in the settlement of the Karabakh conflict.

He noted that the Government of Armenia is guided by the peace agenda and highly appreciates the continuous assistance of international partners, including the United States, to this process.

In turn, Tracy thanked the Prime Minister of Armenia for his assessment and confirmed the readiness of the United States to continue supporting democratic reforms in the country, the process of resolving the Karabakh conflict and establishing regional stability. In this context, the Ambassador mentioned Pashinyan's telephone conversation with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken a few days ago, and also expressed satisfaction from the American side with the efforts of the Armenian Ambassador to the US, Lilit Makunts, to intensify bilateral relations.

The sides exchanged views on the agenda of the Armenian-American relations.
