Armenian Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan received the Commander of the Peacekeeping Forces of Russia in Artsakh, Major General Andrey Volkov. The meeting was attended by the military attaché of the Russian embassy, ​​Colonel Igor Shcherbakov.

The sides highly appreciated the efforts of Russia to stabilize the military-political situation in the region, as well as the progress and effectiveness of the Russian peacekeeping mission in Artsakh
