A total of 500,000 people in Armenia are undernourished, the UN World Food Programme's Hunger Map informs, which estimates the country's population at 3 million.
The number of undernourished people has increased by 80,000 in the past three months is shown on the map, which displays real-time data.
According to the map, about 4.4 percent of children under the age of 5 in the country are acutely malnourished and 9.4 percent are chronically malnourished.
