During the forthcoming summit NATO will declare Russia a threat to security, peace, and stability. NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg stated this in an interview with German newspaper Bild.

“As the world changes, so does NATO. And the world has become more dangerous. We will declare that Russia is no longer a partner, but a threat to our security, peace and stability. China will also appear in the newspaper for the first time. Because the rise of China is a challenge to our interests, our values and our security,” the NATO chief said.
