Ararat Mirzoyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia held a phone conversation with Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar today.

The interlocutors discussed steps toward the intensification of political dialogue, reciprocal high-level visits and development of economic ties. Particular attention was paid to the development of cooperation in the spheres of information technologies, agriculture, aviation, tourism, and education.

According to Armenia's MFA website, the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of both states expressed satisfaction with the results of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's official visit to Qatar and highlighted the importance of the consistent implementation of the agreements reached during the visit.

Ararat Mirzoyan and Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani also exchanged views on regional security and stability issues.
