In 2023, the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) will provide duty-free import quotas for cheese and alcohol infusions to Serbia.

According to the respective draft decision of the Eurasian Economic Commission, the quota of duty-free import of 400 tons per year will be applied to Galarian cheese with small aromatic herbs, Butterkase , and sheep or goat milk. This quota for imports to EEU-member Armenia shall be 2.07 tons.

The tariff quota for alcoholic infusions obtained by distilling grape wine or grape extract will be 35,000 liters of pure alcohol per year. This quota for imports to Armenia shall be 4,727 liters.

The tobacco quota will be 2 billion annually. It is proposed to distribute 159,149,000 units. And it will be possible to import 39,539,000 such duty-free items to Armenia.

The provision of the aforementioned quotas to Serbia is envisaged by the agreement on a free-trade zone that was signed between the EEU and Serbia in 2019.
