Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis highlighted the need for open lines of communication between Athens and Ankara after Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said earlier this week that he had severed all ties with the Greek prime minister.

Mitsotakis said, according to Kathimerini, that the sides need to meet.

Mitsotakis also noted that at no time during all the various discussions, Turkey did not raise any issue regarding the presentation of its own arguments against Greece. This, he says, indicates how persuasive these arguments are.
