Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan on Monday sent a congratulatory message to US President Joe Biden on the occasion of the US Independence Day anniversary.

Khachaturyan's message notes, in particular, that the US is one of Armenia's most important partners, and Armenia attaches great importance to the existing friendship as well as close multi-sector cooperation between the two countries.

Also, the Armenian president expressed confidence that with their efforts they will strengthen the existing cooperation, enriching the bilateral agenda and expanding partnership relations within the framework of strategic dialogue.

Vahagn Khachaturyan added that Armenia lauds the continued US assistance and efforts aimed at maintaining peace and stability in the region, as well as democratic and economic reforms.
