YEREVAN. – The seismological network of Armenia on Monday recorded an earthquake with a magnitude of 3.8 at the Armenia-Georgia border zone, at 9:10am local time, 15 kilometers northeast of Bavra village of Armenia’s Shirak Province, and at a depth of 10 kilometers.

The tremor measured magnitude 5 at the epicenter, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The seismic activity was felt in Shirak, Lori, Tavush, and Aragatsotn provinces of Armenia.

Earlier, Armenian News-NEWS.am reported that the seismological network of Armenia on Monday recorded an earthquake with a magnitude of 4.4 at the Armenia-Georgia border zone, at 7:36am local time, 14 kilometers east of Bavra village of Armenia’s Shirak Province, and at a depth of 10 kilometers.
