As a result of investigative and procedural activities carried out in the framework of the criminal proceedings, several circumstances of the death of conscript Arsen Manukyan were revealed, the Investigative Committee reported.
Earlier it was reported that on 14 July at 10:25 a.m. Arsen Manukyan inflicted a fatal gunshot wound on himself from his service weapon while being at the combat position.
A request was submitted to the prosecutor's office to bring a criminal case against Manukyan's companion under points 2 and 3 of part 2 of Article 522 of Criminal Code. The investigation is continuing.
