Germany is planning to hold an international conference to discuss Ukraine's reconstruction, Reuters reported, citing a government source. He said plans have not yet been approved, but a possible date is Oct. 25.

Chancellor Olaf Scholz previously told reporters that the effort to rebuild Ukraine would be huge, even bigger than the Marshall Plan, which helped rebuild Western Europe after World War II.
