CSTO Secretary General Stanislav Zas sent a telegram of condolence to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in connection with the explosion at the Surmalu shopping center.

"Together with the brotherly Armenian people, we mourn over the devastating explosion at a shopping center in Yerevan. We express our deep condolences to the families and friends of the victims. We wish speedy recovery to all the victims and successful work to the rescue services in finding the missing people and eliminating the consequences of the emergency situation," the letter reads.
