Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili expressed condolences over the tragedy in Yerevan.

“Deeply saddened by the news of a fatal explosion at a pyrotechnics warehouse in the Armenian capital, as a result of which people were missing and injured. I express my sincere condolences to our Armenian friends at this difficult time. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families and loved ones of those killed in this tragedy,” Garibashvili writes on his Twitter.

Earlier, the Georgian Foreign Ministry, Speaker of the Parliament Shalva Papunashvili and President Salome Zurabishvili expressed their condolences.
