A fire broke out in an oxygen equipment workshop in Stepanakert, and containers with high pressure exploded as a result, reported the state emergency service of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).
"The fire and rescue workers have carried out partial containment [of the fire]," the aforesaid service added, in particular.
