STEPANAKERT. – Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President Arayik Harutyunyan on Friday convened a working consultation on constitutional reforms.
Artsakh President's press service informs Armenian News-NEWS.am that conceptual matters regarding the constitutional reforms draft were discussed in this consultation with the participation of the representatives of the Artsakh parliamentary forces.
