The Armenian Human Rights Defender's Office is collecting facts of Azerbaijani armed forces' attack on civilian infrastructure during the aggression against Armenia on Tuesday.

The office has also received facts of the shelling of an ambulance. This is a gross violation of international humanitarian law and the Geneva Conventions (Additional Protocol I).

According to the information of the ombudsman's office, the ambulance which was hit by an Azerbaijani shot near Chakaten village is in the same place and the people in the ambulance left the car in time. According to the information at the moment there are no casualties among the medical crews. The facts will be presented to organizations with an international mandate and other actors.
