Armenian death toll has reached 49 as a result of the Azerbaijani shootings.

"The Armed Forces of Azerbaijan undertook offensive operations in the direction of Armenia in 4 directions, later 2-3 more directions were added," Pashinyan said at the parliament meeting.

"Azerbaijan is trying to present that it was a response to provocations by Armenia, but we must document that this information is completely false, and a lie that does not correspond to reality," he added.

"At the moment, we have 49 victims confirmed by the Ministry of Defense, but I must also record that this number is unfortunately not final."

Pashinyan added that as of now, the intensity of combat operations has decreased, but Azerbaijan's attacks in 1-2 directions continue.
