During the phone conversation, Erdogan expressed his deep condolences to President Ilham Aliyev over the deaths of Azerbaijani soldiers.

Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Turkey is always with fraternal Azerbaijan. Ilham Aliyev said fraternal Turkey is always on the side of Azerbaijan, and Azerbaijan is always on the side of fraternal Turkey in all issues.
