We are all in certain unions (the Union State, the CSTO, the EAEU), and those who live in this space know almost nothing about it. Our values are the same, that is why the cultural exchange should continue, it should be the key feature today.
How will we recognize each other? We learn about each other, about different peoples, usually from some kind of breaking news. But that's no good. We should be guided by achievements. For example, the guys from Armenia shoot wonderful films in Russia, " said the parliamentarian.
