Until now there is not even a draft document to be signed. Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President Arayik Harutyunyan noted about this on Facebook.

"I am informed in detail about all the international discussions held by the RA [(Republic of Armenia)] authorities at a high level during this period on the issue of Artsakh, as joint consultations take place regularly.

I emphasize that, according to the agreement reached with the RA authorities, the interests and opinions of the people of the Artsakh Republic must definitely be taken into account in any document related to Artsakh to be signed by them.

I should add that until now there is not even a draft document in that context," wrote the President of Artsakh.
